Shipping and Returns
Thank you for shopping at Sound Cheq Games! All UK deliveries are FREE. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days. Please understand that some issues may be out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for courier disruptions.
RETURNS
We operate within a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive the product. Product must be returned unchanged, without damage, and in its original packaging, to receive a full refund within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returns. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend sending via signed or tracked delivery, so that the shipping company can cover you if there is any loss. Please retain your postage receipt. We cannot issue a refund, without receiving the product.
Please email office@soundcheqgames.com to begin the refund process, and you will then receive the return address.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. This does not include any extra shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.
- If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially displayed.
