Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s), to request a return.

To begin the refund process please email office@soundcheqgames.com with the subject "RETURN" and please provide :

- The reason for return

- Photos of the item 

-Proof of purchase

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in, sealed, unworn and unused, with all it's original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

You are responsible for the cost of returns. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend sending via signed or tracked delivery, so that the shipping company can cover you if there is any loss.  We ourselves cannot issue a refund without receiving the product, so please retain your postage receipt. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. This does not include any extra shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

•  If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially displayed. 
• If you have done the above, and more than 30 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@soundcheqgames.com

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
